- Put
Moth Balls Near the water heater and fridge.
They will deter spiders.
- Join Restaurant
Clubs or Birthday clubs online
if you love to eat out!
- Conserve
Gray Water. Use a dixie cup to rinse
when brushing your teeth. Never let the water run.
- Always
drain the black water tank first, then the
gray. This helps clean out the hose.
- Make
sure you have a carbon monoxide tester.
Especially for an RV!
- Don't
forget to change oin in your generator
- Good
Sam's Club is
well worth the cost.
- You
can dump for free at Camping
World and Flying
J's Across the country.
- Velcro
and RVers come hand in hand!
- Duct
tape has many uses!
- Save
power by using florescent
lights.
- Always
be respectful of neighboring campers
(especially with a noisy generator)
- Buy
paper plates and paper cups and save on water. Camping World has some neat
products for paper items.
- Never
throw your trash in a campfire.
Its unsafe
and can cause odor all around.
- Run
the water heater, only when necessary.
- Peroxide
works great on dishes and sanitizing them.
- Dont
let the
sink water continually run when
washing
dishes.
- Rubber
buttons and felt buttons work great on
cabinets, drawers and other items that squeak while going
down
the highway.
- Make
sure you do a double check on all "moveable"
objects before taking off.
- If
you have a slide
out...make sure its free and
clear
of all objects before pulling it back in.
- Solar
Panels are a Life saver for
RVers and especially boondockers!
- Use
an auto battery charger to charge your
batteries.
- Have
extra quarters available for unexpected
events such as meter parking, coin-operated showers or laundry
- Look
into wireless internet with an aircard
(convenient and easy)
Remember...Full
Time RVing is a Fun
Way of
Life!
Life Is Too Short Not To
Enjoy the Simple Things!
